Day 24 - Óbidos Lagoon

Hello everyone!

Today was a "chill out" day on the program :)

We slept in, had a leisurely breakfast, and enjoyed doing nothing :).

At 2pm, I had an appointment for new claws - there was a nail salon just 20 minutes from our spot. It was conveniently on the way to our next destination, which worked out perfectly.

Even the male readers among you will know that it's rare for us to get gel nails for CHF 100.-. Here, it only cost EUR 20.-!

It took two hours, but afterwards I was really glad that it's done for the next four weeks :)

Meanwhile, Kevin took care of the motorhome and filled/emptied everything that needed to be done. He spent the rest of the time at the beach & in the camper - he was surely not unhappy to have some time to himself :)

Afterwards, we continued to Óbidos Lagoon. There we found a wonderful spot for the night and there are several windsurfing schools nearby.

We have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow at 2pm: 2 hours of windsurfing lessons for the both of us! We're really looking forward to it!

Today we had the burgers for dinner that were planned for yesterday. We rescheduled them to today because of the rain :).

They were really delicious! Along with some fried rice from yesterday and tomato/mozzarella salad :)

We're going to enjoy the evening and the view of the calm water :D
