Welcome to France

With a few hours delay, we traveled from East to West today and arrived at a lovely little campsite right by the sea in France. Since we drove on the highway for almost 9 hours, there isn't much to tell. We had sunshine all day, hardly any traffic, clean rest areas. We were surrounded by huge fields, smelling of rapeseed, windmills, and surprisingly clean roadside.
Tonight, after dinner, we went for an extensive walk at the beach during sunset. It was picturesque, but very beautiful.
The plan now is to drive north along the coast so that we reach Cherbourg on Sunday.

Sun was shining, no traffic jams, clean rest areas. We were surrounded by huge farm lands, rapeseed scented air, windmills and surprisingly clean roadside.
Tonight, after a tasty dinner, we went on a stroll at the beach while the sun set.
The idea now is to drive north along the coast, till we reach Cherbourg on Sunday.
