Sightseeing - or why I feel like a mountain goat today

வெளியிடப்பட்டது: 28.06.2019

The day started as usual - everything already routine. But then Magnus found my cheat sheets for the horses and we had a good laugh about my aids. But with so many horses, you have to write down some memory aids. In addition, the boxes in the stable are occupied differently every day - who should know then...smile. After that, there was exciting work with young horses. I rode in the arena with an experienced horse and Karin followed behind on the young horse - here it was about teaching halt commands and going along. Then we worked with 2 other horses in the arena and I always think about what Magnus explained to me. It worked quite well today. Afterwards, we had a special learning session today - Magnus worked with a mare who is head-shy and worked with her. He is really a good trainer and you can learn a lot just by watching. Cassandra arrived at noon today (relatives from America) and with Cassandra and our 2 interns, we went sightseeing. And everywhere it went steep up and down again. I can feel more muscles today than the previous days. Rocks in the water, black sand, impressive panoramas as well as a lot of peace and solitude. You can definitely bear it there...
