Climbing up and going back

The time has come, one of the highlights of our Lofoten tour: the #Reinebringen. The most famous Lofoten pictures are taken from there. And now we know why.

The place Reine is truly beautiful, it stretches across its various islands at the foot of the mountain. And the climb up to Reinebringen is also very well done. Sherpas have recently replaced the probably former, more dangerous path with a stone staircase. On the 442 m high summit, due to the ever-present clouds, we can't see far, but we are treated to a very atmospheric view. The photos from the summit were taken with our really bad mobile phone cameras, for that I have to apologize. Unfortunately, I don't have a rain cape for my camera, so I had to resort to my smartphone.

After staying overnight near a camping site, we start the way back north relatively quickly. After all, we want to be at the North Cape before winter arrives.
