On Wednesday evening we set off towards Amtszell where we had reserved a pitch. When we arrived there, we realized that no pitch had been reserved for us and the pitch was full. We then found another place where we could park our motorhome.
On Ascension Day, the weather was a bit unsettled, but we still dared to cycle to Wangen, a very pretty little town. As the weather seemed to be getting better, we decided to cycle towards Isny.
On the way back, the weather got worse and about 10 minutes before we reached the pitch, it started raining, so I had to barbecue with an umbrella.
The next day, we continued towards Kaufbeuren where we found a free pitch near the climbing garden.
In the afternoon, we cycled to Bad Wörishofen, the place where Father Kneipp worked.
On Saturday, we made a detour to Thila and Cleao, the main reason why we are in this area. Cleo is the possible mother of a German Pinscher puppy that we wanted to visit.
After the extensive visit and a walk, we drove to Lake Elbsee in the afternoon where we had something to eat right by the lake in a restaurant.
On Sunday, after a short bike ride, we started our journey back home.
