I'm back on the road, riding my bicycle past some of Barcelona's attractions. My camper is still in its place, but unfortunately the electricity is still not working. Well, I guess I'll have to take care of that... First, breakfast...
After breakfast, I check where I'm going next and also send out a few Couchsurfing requests, as it's simply too cold to camp today and rain is forecast for the next few days. Suddenly, a man knocks on my door. He just broke down with his car right in front of the parking space and asks me to help him park. After successfully parking his car, we have a little chat. Pablo, a traveling musician in search of the meaning of life. That's why it's already afternoon when I finally leave Barcelona. By now, I've received a response from Andrea, a Couchsurfer in a small town called Capcanes, about 2 hours south of Barcelona, a bit more inland.
I arrive at her place in the evening. Andrea is Spanish and lives here in her hometown with her Argentinean boyfriend, who is currently in Argentina. We warm ourselves up with a cup of tea in the somewhat chilly apartment, which has many rooms and is a bit messy due to her two puppies playing around. I still have to get used to the two bundles of energy. :D When she has to go back to work at the bar next door, which she runs together with Mauricio, I have a snack and I'm happy about my own room, which I can at least make a bit warmer with the space heater.
