Smithers to Terrace to Prince Rupert

Who would have thought that the drive from Smithers to Terrace would be so exciting 🤩

After the most delicious cappuccino since Seattle, we leave Smithers, visit the Twin Falls near Smithers, and continue north. There's a black bear running across the road to meet its colleague waiting on the other side 🐻🐻

Shortly after, we see the next one, 🐻 on the right side of the road 😊 Promised - we won't mention every single one, but right now it's sooooo exciting for us 💃🏼💃🏼

Terrace is nice, the parking spot is beautiful in the forest on Ferry Island.

After two nights, we continue to Prince Rupert where we will take the ferry to Ketchikan today. The journey takes 6 hours, departure is at 8:45 pm, and we have to 'check-in' 3 hours before because we will cross the border again.

We are currently at the laundromat 😊 and waiting. It's also a new feeling to sit in front of the washing machine and wait 🤣 Marcel is using the time to discuss politics with the Iranian who runs the laundromat 😁 (who would have thought that it was founded with the Matterhorn on the wall - a Swiss person).
