Day 1 from Bayreuth to Stebnice

The weather forecast was mixed. But I was lucky. However, after just 11km I realized that clip-on shoes have their pitfalls. Especially when an attachment to the bike bag suddenly ends up on the road and you brake on the mountain. Oh well. Apart from a few scratches, Tilda and I are fine. We continued up very nice gravel paths with a gradient of up to 14% (if you love your bike, you can push it). Shortly before the border we had an ice cream in Waldsassen to strengthen ourselves for the last 10 km. After 88.8 km and 1,210 meters of altitude I arrived in Stebnice.
