Samt Elm

Publicerad: 16.07.2022

We started at 6.45am to enjoy our last day at the beach. It didn't take long for the navigation system to recommend a detour, which we followed. We exited the highway and made our way through the streets of Palma during rush hour. It was slow and took forever, but it allowed us to see a different side of "Palma".

After an hour and a half, we finally reached Sant Elm, a quiet and idyllic town located at the southwestern tip of the island, via a spectacular road full of twists and turns.

The journey itself was an experience. The view upon arrival, when the vastness of the sea suddenly becomes visible, is unmatched.

The picturesque coastal town is characterized by typical Mallorcan houses, small hotels, picturesque summer residences, and cafes. That's why we first set out on foot to explore this little postcard-perfect town.

From the beach in Sant Elm, you also have a direct view of the protected island Sa Dragonera and the smaller island Es Pantalau. The view is breathtaking, the water turquoise, and so we can only tear ourselves away from this wonderful ambiance in the evening.
