Day 19 - Ho Chi Minh

Today again devoted ourselves extensively to our breakfast. Again covered our liquid needs with hot and cold coffee, Prosecco, fresh coconut, mango smoothie.

Then to the post office, which remained from the colonial era. A beautiful hall with telephone booths on the right and left and clocks displaying time around the world.

Unfortunately, the Notre Dame Cathedral in Saigon is currently surrounded by scaffolding and cannot be visited.

Walked through the Ban Than Market and then took a taxi to the War Museum (and probably paid too many Dongs!) This museum covers the topic and course of the Vietnam War and exhibits various military tanks, aircraft, and weapons.

Walked back to the hotel and had a snack on the street. It's a type of wrap made with rice paper, vegetables, and quail egg with spicy sauce. It's really tasty for 30,000 Dong (€1.18).

Swam another round and relaxed in the onsen bath.
