The final finish

Hey everyone

Actually, the plan was to be in France by this time, but we completely underestimated today... *nervous grin*

Somehow, everything took twice as long as planned, three times as long as hoped, and waaaaay too long to make the departure at 2 p.m....

We even split up to make better progress, but when we realized at 4 p.m. that not everything was done yet, we decided to make a little change of plans.

Since we don't have a flight to catch, haven't booked a hotel, and are free to leave, we thought it would be more sensible to postpone our start by one day.

So we treated ourselves to a nice last evening together with our moms, Roman, and Robin. It was really wonderful! The guys were so sweet and we were able to order Chinese food at their apartment - by the way, we are parking on the visitor parking lot of our old apartment again :D.

Now everything is prepared and there is nothing standing in the way of our departure!

So, tomorrow we should definitely be able to write to you from France :)
