Today we visited a beautiful bay in Hellnar. The weather was very mystical, with thick snowflakes falling. It was the first time since our trip here in Iceland.
We hiked for about 2 hours through the mountains and it was worth it, the view was fantastic and the weather had calmed down again.
In a nearby restaurant, we treated ourselves to a coffee for attention, hold on, 500 Krona per coffee, which is equivalent to 4.11€ - we really enjoyed it, I tell you!
We knew from the start that Iceland would be expensive. Since most groceries are imported, it is understandable, but there were some things that we gladly went without for 14 days, for example, cheese and sausage were really almost unaffordable (100 grams of salami equivalent to 8€!).
