Return Day

At 9:50 AM, my Flixbus starts from Ljubljana back to Karlsruhe. Contrary to my expectations, the bus is exactly on time the whole time.

The journey will take almost 10 hours, so I stock up on plenty of food before getting on the bus. Including the famous Bled 'Kremsnita', which was on offer at the supermarket. It's anything but healthy and low in calories, but it makes the long bus ride much sweeter. :)

Unfortunately, on the bus, I come to a shocking realization. Due to my clumsiness, which I don't want to go into detail about now, I don't have a key for my apartment in Karlsruhe (at least not today!). But I have great friends in Karlsruhe who will help me in such a situation. Thanks Wessam and Kirsten! ;)

So, after I have sorted out my accommodation for tonight, I can enjoy the beautiful views through Austria and have plenty of time to review all the impressions of my trip. I will share a summary here soon...
