Singapore Day 2

Today was Day 2 in Singapore and it was time to explore the city in daylight. We took the metro towards Chinatown where we walked through the streets. There were plenty of shops with souvenirs, jewelry and other stuff you don't really need. We continued with the metro to the Harbourfront from where we walked to Sentosa Island. There were various attractions and small amusement parks, such as Universal Studios, Aquarium, Madame Tussauds, etc. But we kept walking to the beach where there was an observation tower from where you could see the harbor. We also saw all the ships waiting to enter the harbor, and there were quite a few. After a short shower here, we slowly walked back towards the metro and rested our feet on the rooftop terrace of our hostel.

In the evening, we went for Mexican food and then went to a park and Marina Bay, where we admired the Marina Bay Sands Hotel in full lighting.

Tomorrow is the third and last day in Singapore before continuing to Dubai on Monday night.
