After leaving Invercargill, we crossed 'The Catlins', an area with a lot of rainforest, beautiful landscapes, changeable weather and many waterfalls. After staying at a campsite, we continued to Dunedin, where we stayed for a few days. We went to a beach where there should be penguins, but unfortunately not at the temperatures. But we saw a few sea lions. In Dunedin, we also changed the tires.
In the next few days, we drove leisurely along the coast, passing through Omarau and Timaru.
On Wednesday, we arrived back in Christchurch again. Here we met with Chris and Jake again. We still played badminton as usual.
On Monday, we went to the airport at 1 pm, where I said goodbye to Robin as he is flying to Australia.
Now that I am alone again, I will try to find work to bridge the last two months here.
