Day 12 (2017) Abu Dhabi: Oktoberfest 'O´zapft is'

Day 7:

Visited highlights: Marina Mall & Oktoberfest at Beach Rotana Hotel Abu Dhabi

After breakfast, we chill out in the house for a while, we are still in leisure mode, then we spend the afternoon with the kids at Marina Mall. We need a "cool down" urgently, it's already close to +40 degrees outside.🥵

In the mall, the kids are allowed to jump on the trampolines at "Bounce" for an hour. The two of them love it 😉 We explore the mall and return to the house in the afternoon.

While the kids are playing together in the children's room, we take a little break on the sofa.

Tonight we have something special planned: we're going to Oktoberfest! We brought our "traditional costumes" with us 😊

The kids get to stay home with the nanny tonight and we go to Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi Hotel where we have reserved a table at the hotel's own "Brauhaus" at 8:15 pm. The only vegetarian option on the menu is a giant pretzel, but that's fine. We'll have a very fun, joyful evening with dance and Oktoberfest music!

And it's hot!!! The evening temperatures are still beyond +30 degrees, the feels-like temperatures are over 40 degrees. Since Oktoberfest takes place outdoors, there's no air conditioning. And then alcohol and dancing....uiuiuiuiui.

But it's cool!

A real competition for the "Wiesn" 🤣
