Week 6 - Merry Christmas!

First of all, I wish you a Merry Christmas! Here in Spain, there is no Christmas atmosphere and I am skipping it this year.

But there is something nice: Julian arrived on Christmas Eve and will stay with me for the next two weeks and travel with me.

The week has been quite different than expected. I wanted to stay at a campsite in the national park for two nights. But I liked it so much and made some acquaintances, so I decided to extend it to 5 nights and spent the whole week there. Honestly, it felt really good to stay in one place for longer than 2 nights.

The funniest acquaintance I made was with a man who was born in Allmersbach. So he also knows Miedelsbach, Urbach and Oppelsbohm - that immediately created sympathy :-) And the icing on the cake was when we started talking about our respective jobs and he turned out to be a customer of my employer. It seems like my work is following me all the way to Spain ;-)

Other than that, I explored the area and went on some nice hikes.
