The most famous beach in the southern hemisphere

Today we plan to relax on the beach. For that purpose, we have chosen the supposedly "most beautiful and famous beach in the southern hemisphere": Bondi Beach. We are looking forward to sun, beach, sea, and surfer boys 😉. Surprisingly, we are not taking a taxi to get there... we are taking the bus! You can conveniently pay for the tickets contactless with a credit card. We imagine ourselves trying to pay with a credit card on a bus in Karlsruhe... After half an hour, we reach our destination... a beautiful bay, a huge sandy beach, which is surprisingly busy for a weekday, amazing waves! However, after experiencing it, we realize that the water is quite cold! The selection of surfer boys is also rather limited... we make ourselves comfortable on the sand and enjoy the sun and the view. After some time, the doll once again realizes that we are not passionate beach loungers... simply too much sand... 😂😂. When we come to the conclusion that the sand is now everywhere, it's time for a walk to the next bay. Equally beautiful, just a bit smaller and not as crowded. The perfect place to linger for a bit longer.

In the evening, we follow the recommendation of our Qantas colleague and go to Thai Nesia for dinner. We can expect a delicious mix of Thai and Indonesian cuisine. The restaurant is small and we are lucky to find a table. Just when we have squeezed into our corner, I have to squeeze out again to buy a bottle of wine in the bottle shop next door. The food is delicious, as expected!!

Now we feel sufficiently strengthened to attend the karaoke night at Stonewall. The singing talents are diverse and of various genders, and the entertainment is fantastic!
