Arriving at the hostel

Slept in a single room for the first night since the booked room was different and I really needed some rest. Took a shower at 37 degrees, then headed straight to the rooftop deck. After getting some food from the Chinese restaurant around the corner and eating it on the beautiful rooftop terrace, I enjoyed the evening here and eventually fell asleep early in the evening, continuing to sleep until quarter past seven this morning.

After another change of rooms for the second night, had a big breakfast and made some initial acquaintances with the great and traveling people here. A hairdresser from Venezuela who works here, a young couple from Berlin who are on a world trip, and a Frenchwoman. A Canadian and a Colombian who only has 1000 pesos left and earns his money with his guitar in the metro. It's amazing!

Now I'm going to Estación Central to buy flip-flops/sandals.
