Goodbye, Crete!

As with every vacation, the last evening on Crete slowly approached. We enjoyed the evening atmosphere on the beach and at the hotel, and packed our suitcases for the return flight tomorrow.

Conclusion of the trip

In conclusion, we had a wonderful week in Crete with perfect weather! Even though the excursions weren't exactly spectacular. However, during these excursions, I got a small impression of the island, which was enough to make me want to come back here with Luke next year to explore the island. So I was actually quite happy when we flew back to Germany the next morning, where I could finally embrace Luke again and tell him about my (or our :D) new travel plans!
