Haast and Jackson Bay

Hello dear ones,

After a long drive with many stops, we arrived in Haast and immediately booked a spot at the campsite for 2 nights. Afterwards, we wanted to do some shopping at the town's store.. Unfortunately, it closed 15 minutes ago. But that wasn't too tragic. We went back to the campsite, cooked ourselves some food, took a hot shower, and went to sleep. The next morning, we drove to Jackson Bay, which is 20km away. It was a beautiful journey with a lovely avenue, and the last kilometer led directly along the sea. However, it started raining when we arrived there. We just took a few pictures and quickly looked around. Maybe because we were just unlucky, we unfortunately didn't see any penguins, seals, or dolphins that can sometimes be seen in Jackson Bay .. :(

Well, but what we did see was very beautiful :)

On the way back, we went shopping, cooked, did laundry, took a shower, and so another day passed...

Time flies.....

The next day, we continued our journey further south.
