Day 120 - Kevin's mom flies back home & Turri

Hey everyone

Today was the day of departure. We had to leave the house at 11 o'clock and enjoyed some time on the terrace until then. Then it was time to pack up and leave the house. Since we were a little early for the airport, but didn't have enough time to do anything, we all sat down together in a café and had a drink. We stayed there for about an hour, got some drinks for the journey, and then headed towards the airport.

After saying goodbye to Kevin's mom, we still had a few things to do. We found a camper service station where we could fill up and empty everything. Then we happened to pass by a hardware store, which was perfect. Because of the heat, we had planned to tint the windows of our camper for a while. So we went in and looked for window film. This turned out to be more difficult than expected... We were sent from one aisle to the next and no one seemed to understand us :).

But we were successful! In the end, we not only walked out with the tint film, but also with a cool fan :).

Just a quick shopping trip to fill up the fridge and then we were off to a beautiful spot with an amazing view! I went for a quick swim and when I came back, as expected, one of the windows was already removed. We tried to tint it and did our best.... But it looked terrible :)).

We were hoping that the air and water bubbles would smooth out in the sun overnight and tomorrow.... Well, we'll see.

We spent the evening comfortably on our camping chairs, with wine, some music, and really tasty burgers.

Actually, we want to stay here for a few days, but let's see how we feel about it tomorrow :).
