Arrival in Taiwan

And finally to Taiwan! Yesterday I flew from Osaka to Taipei with Peach Airlines and then took a car-pool to Taichung. I spent the first night in a hostel to move into my room today. That's when the first challenges came up. First, I was assigned a room that was incredibly dirty everywhere. I started cleaning but couldn't get anything really clean. So I asked if the rooms were recently cleaned. She said yes, but there was no evidence of it. Fortunately, I was able to look at two more rooms that looked slightly better. Now I even have some daylight, but I'm on the 7th floor without an elevator... Fitness is included though ;) The rooms are nice and spacious.

The first impressions of Taichung: Big City Life, tropical warm, friendly. And I definitely won't starve here. I live right next to a night market where there is food everywhere.
