Ciao Italy

Today it was time to say goodbye Italy, goodbye bus, goodbye park4night. Now we are sitting on made beds in a hotel room in Bad Gastein, Austria, heated by a heater. Honestly, the outside temperatures make it feel not so bad. During the drive from Affi, Italy to Bad Gastein, Austria, we were a bit surprised that the navigation system indicated a travel time of almost 5 hours for a distance of 347 km. Well, we thought it would be curvy after the highway. But it wasn't! At some point, we entered a train station and thought it was another one of those stories where the navigation system reaches its limits. (We had two navigation systems running by then).

But it wasn't. Everything was correct! The path led through the Tauern Massif, and we took the car train through the Tauern Pass. 15 minutes of train ride through the mountain for a change.

Now, sitting on the made bed and enjoying the last sip of Italian wine, we are excited about our next week in the mountains, with yoga, sauna, massage, and prepared (good) food.

T5 Orange is parked nicely, and we will say hello to it from time to time.
