Next destination Khao Lak

Flight over Bangkok heading towards Phuket. Huge cloud formations piled up in the sky over our next vacation destination - what could that mean? 🤔🤤

Of course, it poured buckets when we arrived at the Moracea Resort!!

Regardless, it's beautiful here, staying in a bungalow overlooking the pool and sea amidst tall palm trees and other giant plants ......

While it was raining, a huge lizard (Monitor lizard?) took the opportunity to take a bath in the pool. 😁

During dinner on the open terrace, we watched as a monkey-like creature - it was pitch black - climbed up a palm tree. Suddenly, this furry, about half a meter tall creature spread its arms and glided to the next palm tree with stretched Batman wings - a FLYING FOX!! how cool is that! For me, definitely .... 😁

So, from now on, swimming is on the agenda ......
