Day 7 Sea day

After watching the departure from Oslo until dark, we tried our luck again in the burger restaurant and even got a table for 7 people pretty quickly. The burgers were really delicious, so many of us even ordered a second one.

That evening we were able to experience a great show in the Theatrium, aka Aida Love, all about love. We found out that there were 6 marriage proposals on this trip and 270 people celebrating birthdays.

After a quiet night, most of us skipped breakfast. Andi and I went to the yacht harbor and treated ourselves to a small breakfast. Let's see when we meet the others today. We don't have internet on board and that makes communication difficult, and it's not easy to run into each other.

The nautical question time in the Theatrium was also interesting. We learned that we had winds of almost 100 km/h between Skagen and Kristansand, which was quite decent.

Later we met the others at the gym and spent some time there before drinking hot Aperol at the Lanai Bar, which will be our winter drink.

The day flew by, the kids enjoyed the beach club, and we adults went shopping again. By chance I also got my AIDA Clubbie photo with Dodo.

In the evening we ate again at the East Restaurant and afterwards we were able to enjoy a really beautiful dance acrobatic show in the Theatrium.

We briefly listened to the 80s/90s party in the beach club before we drove under the Great Belt Bridge at 11:15 p.m. Here's to a last quiet night in our beds and then tomorrow we'll see Aida.
