First we had to drive to the Blue Mountains, where we saw some baby birds but also a kind of Stuart, but was not really a Stuart on the roadside. We also stopped at two markets: the Luddenham Markets with lots of close and funny things mainly for Christmas presents and later the Glenbrook Market, where Stuart was eager to get some tasty food for lunch.
In the Blue Mountains we stopped at first at the Echo Point for a view on the Three Sisters. Although it was not the best weather, Stuart liked the views and the Lookout. At the shop at Echo Point Stuart saw the only Koala of the Blue Mountains: a toy Koala also available as a Christmas globe.
Afterwards we were also driving to other lookout points at the Blue Mountains such as Cahills Lookout with Boars head Lookout, the Narrow Neck Lookout and the Eagle Hawk Lookout. All in all the Echo Point Lookout remains the best lookout.
On the drive to Sydney we then also stopped at the Jamison Lookout to see the Wentworth Falls at the Wentworth Lookout. Well, from the Lookout one could only see a small part of the waterfall, so we walked to the Princess Rock Lookout as it was described as an easy and some stairs walk. Well, it was not too long, but not easy and basically only stairs up or down the hill. But at least at the lookout, one had a good view on the Wentworth Falls.
