On December 28th, we flew to Surat Thani and then took the ferry to Koh Samui. We spent the first few nights in Chaweng and then found a quieter accommodation near Crystal Bay Beach. From there, we explored the island by scooter. Nice little French café in Bohut. In the tuk-tuk. Crystal Bay Beach This is what our tour on the island brought us to. New Year's Eve in Lamai - everything already prepared. Due to a short but heavy rain, we decided to buy beer and sparkling wine from the supermarket and start the new year on our beach.No sparkling wine, but there was this sparkling wine mixture with carbonation - not bad either! We brought our speaker to listen to the Blue Danube. Because it's just not right for us without it. 😉Afterwards, another tourist came up to us and thanked us for the Strauss waltz 😍🥰.Very nice!!! Excursion to Hin Lat Waterfall.The 30-minute hike through the jungle was worth it, and swimming in the pool was wonderful! Jakob took me to a restaurant without prices on the menu for the first time in the evening! Something special.... 😁
