Girls Trip! Stockholm Edition

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of welcoming my friends from Hanover here in Stockholm <3

On Thursday, it was time: The start of our journey had to be celebrated. So we went straight to a restaurant and ordered traditional Swedish Köttbullar! Friday and Saturday were then packed with everything Stockholm has to offer. On Friday, we explored the most beautiful corners of the city. From the old town Gamla Stan to the palace - the atmosphere in Stockholm is simply unique. In the afternoon, we watched the sunset at 3 PM (!). Seeing the city in that golden light was indescribably beautiful. After that, another important highlight was on the agenda: a detour to IKEA City. There, of course, we had more Köttbullar. Saturday began with a boat tour through the archipelago. After the tour, it was quite cold, so we couldn't miss a proper FIKA. With hot coffee and fresh cinnamon buns, we warmed up and simply enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The evening was then fittingly kicked off: With a cheap imported vodka mix (😉), we got into the evening mood. After a delicious dinner, we headed to a bar to wind down the day. This weekend was truly dreamy! 🫶🏼
