One last trip

Today was our last real day of vacation. Luckily, Clarissa was feeling better, so we could enjoy this day together one more time. The weather was also good to us, as it was a beautiful sunny day.

We visited the Powerscourt Gardens - the 3rd most beautiful garden in the world according to National Geographic. It is a beautiful place, but more of a park than a garden.

Afterwards, we took a short walk on the beach in the port city of Bray. Although we mostly strolled along the beach promenade. The beach was so rocky that it didn't seem very inviting to us.

In the evening, the question was: How do we fit all the souvenirs into our suitcases? In the end, even Clarissa managed to keep the weight under control, although she came here with the mindset of paying for overweight baggage.

Tomorrow, we will only go back to Dublin and hopefully we will be back in our own beds late in the evening, healthy and tired. So this is my last entry for this trip.
