Is it exhausting to walk on your own feet... After reaching the next milestone today relatively early (450 km), we had time to enjoy the winter sun at 23 degrees during an exploration tour through the small town of Carnarvon Shire. The town is located at the delta of Gascoyner River, which we plan to cross tomorrow. Whether it even carries water (no emoji)
Carnation Shire is a small town with no more than 2000 inhabitants, half of whom are certainly tourists. It is only mentioned because within a radius of 200 km it is the only town of this size with a shopping center Woolworth, Bottle-Shop, hospital and of course there is also an airport nearby, otherwise travel times would be several hours. We could also list some places of worship. Shops close here already at 4 p.m. No shopping 😊 sorry, I forgot!
Noticable during today's drive: very few wild animals, at least hardly any living animals, except for the birds that disposed of the carcasses.
Tomorrow is the next stage. I believe it is an island where we will land (no emoji) from tomorrow there will be some again :-)
