Refviksanden - welcome to the bathing paradise!

Our next stop was Refviksanden. To the left were high mountains, steeply dropping into the bay, and to the right as well. The sandy beach was very clean and bright. The water was incredibly clear and shimmered in a light blue with a hint of turquoise.

I took off my shoes and waded into the icy water. Outside, it was about 12°C at that time. After the waves reached my rolled-up pants several times, I collected some sand for Mom and walked barefoot back to the warmed-up street.
