Typical for India: potatoes, milk and of course plenty of spices!

The Indians love it very spicy, but 'less spicy' is sufficient for us.

If you don't dare to try the street food, you will find enough restaurants, but in our opinion you will miss something.

Our absolute favorite: Aloo Tikki (potato fritters with peas and yogurt sauce from street vendors)
