Arrival

Our planned trip to New Zealand from 13.12.19 to 13.01.20 started on 12.12.19 with a shocker. The flight from Hamburg to Zurich was cancelled and no one informed us. By chance, Cordula found out and made every effort to rebook us. Luckily, it worked out and so we flew on Friday, 13.12.19 and arrived in Christchurch at 10:30 a.m. local time on 15.12.19 via Zurich and Singapore. Flights were great. But no one told us that we had to translate our driver's license to rent a car. So we spent some time and money at the airport for a translator and finally started off to our first stop.
