Rabat

Rabat, the capital of Morocco, feels very western. In cafés you not only see men sitting, but also women meeting for a coffee. We did not see this in Asilah. There is a lot of police and military presence in the city, significantly more than in the rest of the country. Everything seems very orderly and calm, except for the traffic, which is very chaotic like everywhere else.
