Tag 48 - Trip from Brisbane to Noosa

Today, we pick up our last rental car in the afternoon, but until then we will explore some places in Brisbane. First, I want pancakes for breakfast, so Dennis will find us a pancake house. Then we visit the Parliament House. We continue through the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens and say goodbye to the Brisbane River. Then we visit the Museum of Brisbane, where we can create sounds from outer space and participate in a large braiding and weaving artwork.

Finally, we pick up the rental car. We get a new Renault Captur and we're glad that it speaks not only Japanese or already has a blinking engine warning light. We drive to Mount Coot-tha and Botanic Gardens and walk through the impressive tropical garden. Unfortunately, after about 30 minutes, a heavy rainstorm starts. When it subsides a little, we quickly run to the car to drive to Noosa. Upon arrival, we check into our vacation rental and enjoy the space for the next few days.
