15. Dream tour day

Today by bus to Siena, the bus driver is in a hurry to get there again 🙈😉. You have a really nice view of Siena from the Fortezza medicea, which is within walking distance from the bus station. From there, you might walk for about fifteen minutes to the Centro, strolling through the pedestrian zone slowly to Piazza del Campo. Do not sit in a café here, a coke costs 6! euro and there are also no benches anywhere, so that no one can sit elsewhere. So get yourself an ice cream and eat it while standing, that works too.

The Cathedral is worth a visit, costs 9 euros entrance fee booked online via GetyourGuide, but they are well invested. Already very interesting and worth seeing.

Here too, the streets go up and down, Tuscany is hilly not only in the countryside. Builds calf muscles like a cyclist 😁.
