The evening was really nice and we were able to sit by the lake for a long time and admire the sunset.
Jeroen unpacked his fishing rod and made his first test throws into the lake, and he actually caught something!
And it was also a fish...but not a live one, it was a beautifully silver shiny 27 gram fishing lure.
We went to sleep satisfied and woke up around 10 o'clock with the sun welcoming us. The sky was blue. Finally, summer has arrived here too!!! We had a leisurely breakfast, played a little bit of speedminton, and enjoyed the sun before we packed everything up and headed towards Korgen. On the way, we crossed the border into Northern Norway, and now the journey to the northernmost part of Norway begins.
In Korgen, we drove to a campsite to spend the night there. We really needed an extensive hot shower and, above all, electricity for our electronic devices.
Once we arrived there, the sun was still shining, so we quickly set everything up and then jumped into the nearby lake for a moment. The water felt like it was 2 degrees cold, but it was still nice. After that, we prepared our food and made homemade pizza.
Now we are lying in our sleeping bags, enjoying the Wi-Fi, and will go to sleep soon.
