Some weeks ago, when it came to planning our vacation this year, we had the idea to buy a car, convert it into a mini camper, and just hit the road. Our rough destination would be Turkey, specifically Dalyan, since we enjoyed it so much last year. Why by car? Because our three furry friends naturally have to come along. 😅

So we bought a car, converted it, and equipped it in such a way that we can definitely live autonomously for 3 days. Unfortunately, an accident made further planning impossible, so we just drove off aimlessly.

Our idea is to travel through Slovenia, Croatia, and Greece along the coast to Turkey.

We did not reach our first stage destination, Zagreb, and ended up stranded in Maribor, Slovenia.

We ate at the worst Chinese restaurant ever and then searched for a parking spot. Thanks to many apps, we found a spot somewhere in the middle of nowhere and parked next to
