The good Rod Stewart is now 74 years old and still struts around on the rock n' roll stages of the world in sparkling sequin capes and shiny patent leather shoes, accompanied by blonde twentysomething dancers in very short miniskirts. 

May all seniors in the world age with dignity...

And then there was a nice surprise at the hotel:

Somehow renovation, somehow rebooking, somehow change... I didn't really understand. But I got a single room for the agreed price instead of the booked 6-bed room. 

That was really nice! 😀

And today it's so hot and I'm taking it easy... no walking tours, no museums, no adventures... 

I'm staying in the breakfast room and reading a German newspaper for the first time in ages. 

It feels just right.... 

And that's it for Munich. My train to Switzerland leaves shortly after 6 p.m.! 🇨🇭
