Today, the breakfast of champions: a burger from Fergburger (not only according to their own claims the best in New Zealand, some even say the best burger in the world - among others CNN...

And to quote Jules Winnfield: Mhmm, that's a tasty burger.

Really extraordinarily delicious!)

Otherwise, the city is pretty crazy, surrounded by beautiful nature and jet boats start from the harbor, everything full of backpackers and the Asian groups outdo themselves with the most absurd (but serious) photo poses on the city beach. So there is plenty to see!

This afternoon, I spontaneously joined a few people to hike to a viewpoint above the city. The view in all directions, over the lake and to the Remarkables, is worth the sweaty climb and there was even a free cocktail because the "event" was organized by the hostel. That's quite impressive considering the prices here...
