First, we go to an Izakaya (pub), where you can grill the Okonomiyaki (savory pancake) yourself on a table with a heated iron plate.
Seafoodwith bacon onlyMix well to combine the raw egg. Grill well on both sides and then brush with special sauce and Japanese mayonnaise. Actually, it's a leftover dish, a kind of omelette, but of course, it's jazzed up in a Japanese way. Next, we went drinking at Hoppy-dori in Hoppy-Bar Okamoto to drink Hoppy drinks.Very loud, very funny.... it was Friday night after all. I didn't take any photos inside because it was too original and real. It wouldn't have fit! Then came the highlight of the evening: the Ninja Bar, somewhere in the underground of the station and its old shopping arcades. There, instead of the planned 1 hour, we drank through the sake selection for more than three hours, laughed, talked, and sang karaoke.... .... oh, we even danced salsa with one of the bartenders who had lived in Colombia for a long time. We were a great group. We also had a lot of fun with the Japanese guests. Those who wanted could dress up. There were a lot of costumes available for free. The longer the evening, the more people were in costume.Delicious!
At the back are all the sake glasses to choose from!
