Tag 1: Xi'an

Hello bitchachos

Our hostel here is in the artist district, there are small boutiques with paintings everywhere... next to our lane is a street with bars. Unfortunately, that cost us a few hours last night, as the Chinese people think they have to sing karaoke everywhere. You can imagine what that sounded like.

The mattress is definitely no better than the old one, but so what.

Here it is definitely 10 times more beautiful than in Beijing. We are right next to the ancient city wall from the earlier dynasty.

This morning we slept hard (hard because the mattress is so hard 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😂).

After that, we felt like shopping for 3 hours, of course not at Gucci and Louis Vuitton, but only groceries. (Prada, etc. is of course exactly in our budget and is also 3 minutes away...💸💸💸 they all seem to have a little more money than in Beijing 🤷🏽‍♀️, maybe money donkeys or something.........)

Well, after an hour at the market, we finally found something to spread on bread, jam and something Nutella-like from the tube 😂😂😂😂🙏🏽 The woman didn't want to sell cigarettes to Jasna either, so she didn't earn any money with us. PP, personal bad luck......

Afterwards, we finally had a proper coffee, heaven we tell you 😍😍

Our self-made clothesline from yesterday (across the room because we washed our clothes by hand 🙄) deserves awards and is still holding up 🤙🏽🤙🏽 (Oh yes, Lara's hair clips are our clothespins, call us engineers👩🏽‍🚒).

After our shopping adventure, we looked at a few sights, the small white goose pagoda (not so pretty 🤦🏽‍♀️), then the Xi'an city wall (mega impressive, our hostel is right at the south gate of it).. we actually wanted to go to a temple afterwards, but of course it was already closed due to our late wake-up 🙄🙄 (you know us, absolutely great early risers are here...❌)

Well then we read a bit on the internet, and just walked towards the big white goose pagoda (Dayan pagoda), there were some water games in front of it. Well, not so beautiful either, but surely when it's dark and lit up, nicer 😂😂

And then the absolute highlight, we even managed to walk another kilometer (just lazy 22km today), we went to the Paradise Tang, a park.

Actually, we didn't expect much.. but even we tough chicks were blown away 🤜🏽.. watch the photos... a huge park with a huge lake.. and the further you walked along, the more different areas you saw.. incredible, especially with the lights and the darkness 😍😍

After that comes the Great Wall of China 2️⃣ and currently third place is Beihaipark in Beijing with the white pagoda 3️⃣.

We can still compare, but our brains 🍐 are so limited that we can just about remember the day before yesterday...

Well, as long as our clothesline is hanging 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Oh yeah, today is apparently the day of the photoshoot or something (unfortunately, unlike the other girls, we forgot our dresses at the hostel , it's also a warm 18 degrees ☃️)... but we also got the chance and made two Chinese grannies 👵 happy by taking a photo with them 😍😌 if they could still do it, they would have done a somersault backwards and a spin 😃
