Day 6 - 08.06.2017 - Pragser Wildsee

Since we had ordered breakfast in addition upon arrival, this morning we had a basket of ample breakfast waiting outside the door...Jette was thrilled about it and played with the breakfast basket after having breakfast ;-) Then we set off for Pragser Wildsee, as it was a super sunny day with clear skies. We took the first available parking, which cost 4 €, and had to walk for another 10 minutes. Martin said that the parking fees would probably increase the closer we get to the lake...and he was right... 5 € ... 6 € ;-) We went on a 3.6 km round trip around the lake. Along the way, we enjoyed the view of the lake and the mountains. Beautiful nature, even though there were quite a few people around. Henriette and Martin threw stones into the water at every possible spot and had a lot of fun. But halfway through the lake, Jette didn't feel like continuing and wanted to go boating instead...but we had to go back to the starting point for that. Well, a small bag of gummy bears as a promise motivated her. After completing the round trip, we had a snack and then Jette really wanted to go boating. Although Martin wasn't thrilled, he had to go on the water with us and row us forward - what an effort for him :-P But afterwards, we finally got the ice cream that had been promised so many times before :-) On the way back, both girls fell asleep in the car, but they were lively again when playing in the garden later. Especially jumping on the trampoline brought them a lot of joy :-) Tomorrow we will continue - to Lake Garda. We will stay there for longer and according to the weather forecast, it will be summery warm.
