Today we made our way to Porec. We visited the Euphrasian Basilica, which was built in the 6th century and is now one of the most important sacred buildings in Croatia. Furthermore, the basilica was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. At the entrance, we were told that there are many steps, so we left the stroller behind and went up with Juliane. Henriette was once again acting weird today. When we were on the bell tower, she suddenly got moody and didn't want to give us her hat... it was quite windy and we were afraid it would blow away... we already had that experience this holiday ;-) Well, later in the hall she ran around like crazy and entertained Juliane. In any case, the visit was worth seeing. From the bell tower, we had a beautiful view, we saw many mosaics and the hall of the church was really magnificent. Later we strolled along the promenade for a while and we happened to find a 'Müller Drogerija': diapers, wet wipes and baby food jars in abundance, just like in Germany and at similar prices. So we quickly grabbed a few baby items ;-)
