Tag 128 - Cuticular Transpiration

Oops, I almost forgot my blog.

I'm lounging around on my bed, sweating away. The two fans are doing their best. Even my favorite pool didn't provide any relief today, as it has become a lukewarm broth. However, I was able to take a warm shower later at home, as it seems the water pipes have also heated up. Great.

The family is also suffering from the heat. The younger ones sometimes lie on the floor on the tiles. Alongside Princessa, who lies belly down on as many square centimeters of "cool" tiles as possible, looking like a furry chicken with ears. The others lie on the beds in front of the fan.

I finished reading the 660-page tome by Stieg Larsson (in Spanish!). It took me 36 days, while also reading a German book at the same time. I only consulted the online dictionary 7,000 times... Tomorrow I will get some more supplies at the Garden Café. It will be an exhausting day: yoga at 8:00 am, Spanish lessons from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, and I have to be at the project at 1:00 pm. So stressful. Nothing beats a regular 41-hour workweek.
