Hiroshima, Japan (d)

On Thu Nov 7, 19 Yesterday we arrived in Hiroshima and planned our day. First, we took a walk to the Hiroshima Castle and visited it from the outside. This gave us enough time to explore the Peace Memorial and the Peace Museum. It was very informative and exciting to learn about the bombing of World War II. Silvan was naturally more interested in the war history, and I learned more about the radiation and the effects of the bomb. Many clothing items as well as utensils of all kinds are displayed. In addition, you can read different stories from people who survived.
