Hopp Schwiez

Well, that was quite an experience. The Zurich Airport presented itself to us from its most beautiful side after a picturesque flight of 60 minutes. The small Alpine country's Dehschwibe is top modern and high quality... And then there was Sandro Behrendt, my assistant, incredibly friendly, funny, balanced, and service-oriented, he took us to Gate 46 by metro... Also, a grumpy customs officer 'Only one accompanying person at a time' and the others should queue at the nonexistent line... Sandro commented on that with a wink... Wonderful... This is how I imagine service, am I already in the USA? No, but I am outside Germany... You can tell!
