Arrived in Paradise:Cambodia🥰☀️

Hello, we're still alive 🤓👋🏾.

The following post is not for the faint-hearted: don't look at the pictures😛 it could lead to winter depression🙄

Yesterday morning, after a short and less restful night, we flew out of bed at 5:30 am. We had to leave for the airport at 6 am. The boss gave us a breakfast to go and even called a taxi for us 😇. When we arrived at the airport, we checked in, had a coffee (10$ for 2 coffees, airports are the same everywhere 🤦🏽‍♀️) and waited. The flight was chill (even though it was a propeller plane, much to Jasna's horror), it was only 1 hour 👍🏽. 

The airport in Sihanoukville is tiny, but everything went super fast and without problems. But it's the same everywhere - the taxi drivers are already waiting and shouting at you 😂. At the exit, we thought about asking someone if we should share a taxi, but as luck would have it, 2 girls approached us first. We had lunch with them at the harbor and - surprise - they are on the same island, on the same beach 😂

The boat ride to the island took about 1 1/4 hours, but people... the ride was worth it, we are really in paradise here 😍. White sandy beach, crystal clear water, palm trees everywhere... but enough, we don't want to make you jealous, besides you can see it on the pictures yourself 🤓😂. 

Of course, we went straight into the sea and then walked around the beach where we met the 2 girls from lunch again. We had a drink with them before going back to our bungalow to shower. The shower was naturally cold - there has to be some flaw 😂. Also, the bungalow is not completely closed, which means that cute animals can come in at any time through the roof, the floor, and under the door 😶😶😶😶. But we can ignore that for now 😬. 

We went out to eat and do some shopping. Compared to Vietnam, it's more expensive here again, but it's fine 😁. In the evening, there was a bit of thunder and rain, but it was nice on our terrace. But since we were really tired, we went to bed at half past 9.

Today's plan: beach 🏖 😂 nothing special.

If you don't hear from us in the next few days, it's because we're just lying on the beach and/or the internet here is really underground bad ☝🏾😂.
