Finally it starts...

Get your motorhome, just in time for the 10:15 ferry in Tsawwassen (that's how it's spelled) and 2 hours later in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island.
The first stage takes us across the island towards the Pacific with a stop
Port Alberni.
The 'China Creek' Campground (Salmon Capital of the World...😊) is located on the 'Alberni Inlet', a fjord that runs from the Pacific to Pt. Alberni is enough.
The drive down here was a dusty torture over a nasty gravel washboard (road under construction).
But at the destination there is an absolutely fantastic view and a parking space right on the water.
